On 1-3-09.I helped my uncle L.S.apply for a car.Withen 20 minutes we get a call from Randy Schmutt.He said you"ve been approved.We went there.

my uncle filled out all the papers,and put down 100 dollars.Randy said it looks good.Come back on 1-5-09.We'll finish everything up,and get you into your wheels.My brother took my uncle back to get the car.Walked into the building,and Randy Schmutte let my uncle have it.The first thing out of Randy's mouth was your a lier.You lied to me.No less than 5 times did he say that.Then Randy said your denied.My uncle asked what for.Randy said it's because you lied.You have no job.My uncle told him yes,I do have a job.Showed him check stubbs.Gave him the number,and fax number.Plus he had the name of his company.Don't think he even bothered to check it out.My uncle proved he had a job.Thats why hes at work today at Crosswinds in Sebetha,kansas.Not only did my uncle prove he had a job.Randy wouldn't return his down payment.My uncle didn't denie them.They denied him.To make matters worse.You call all Carhop numbers,and they give you the number back to this car lot.

They say talk to the manager.You call them,and get Randy.Ask to talk to the manager.Randy says he's not in.Send e-mails to [email protected] go unanswered.I understand they have the right to sell to who they want to,but if they don't want to sell to you.Then why not give your down payment back,and let you move on to another car lot.People beware stay away from carhop.They make mistakes,and keep your down payment.Even have reciept.I'm sure we can get the 100 back.Most likely cost more to get it.I don't get their A+ rating from the Better Business.Should be F-

I think it's funny how every time someone has a complaint with carhop.They always come back,and say,and make it a fast point to point out they have a A rating with better business.We finally got ahold of the district manager.At this car lot.He said a check will be mailed back.Said sorry we wern't happy with the turnaround time.Again I want to point this out.No one here denied carhop.You denied him.I'm just saying if you denie him give him back his money,and send him on his way.Again you say carhop takes pride in customer service.I want to ask you.What customer service?he wasn't denied because of bad credit.He wasn't denied,for not having money. He was denied,because Randy Schmutte,said he had no job,and called him a lier.We even proved he had a job.that must be why the district manager told us to bring him back,and they will work with him now.Why would he want to come back?Randy called him a liar.Said he lied to him.No less than 5 times.If my uncle lied.Why didn't Randy prove it to him.We proved to Randy,and Carhop he didn't lie.I don't understand how they have a A rating.They say it was a miscommunication.OK,but if it was a miscommunication. No one here called Randy,or carhop a lier.Very unprofessional.Be very proud of that A rating,because thats all you have.The consumer is yet to see this customer service.You say that carhop has.Again what customer service?Customer service = A rating.I don't get it.Am I missing something?
