My Spouse was home along and recovering from a stroke.  Not understanding there request she allowed the sales person to enter the property without my approval.  The sales person convinced her to remove ADT services and install their system because it was better and the state of the art in home security.  By the time I made it home from the office they (Technician had removed and installed the new system and she had signed the contact.  The contract/system never worked to it fullest potential.

Now the company has reorganized in Illinois as Vision Security LLC with same address in Orem UT with different phone numbers.

Currently The system I have from the new company is subpar and don't work.  Inorder to receive or get technical services you have to call, leave a message and someone will return your call.  When the customer service rep return the call you still has to wait 24-48 Hours for a tecnician to call and physically schedule the service call.  this could take up to 7-10 days to receive services.  This totally unacceptable in the alarm service business.
