I am a very upset comsumer of Cars
Protection Plus! They are rip offs.
I bought a 2004 Ford 150 from a use car dealer in town. The motor on this vehicle had just went through a complete check so i purchased the truck on Feb.22,2014. A month later the timing chain broke in the engine. We sent it ton the Ford company in Athens. They had the truck for 3 weeks. they tried contecting Cars Protection Plus to file a claim. Cars would never file a claim. so We me and my husband went got the Ford and took it to a other ford Dealership same problem there. They had it 3 weeks.
The dealer we purchased the truck from sent it to his personal shop. the Shop that dealer sent it to went his wrecker and pick the Ford up. The gentleman has already broke the motor down and determine the problem.
When the timing chain broke it sent little frigments into the oil pan.So Cars is claiming the motor was bad when we bought the the truck.So they keep declining the claim.My truck has been in the shop for over 7 months. The payments keep coming. We paid 1400 hundred dollars for this plan i feel they should fix my truck.
I really would love some help on this. or my 1400 dollars back.
