Carvinhistory.com This company is a scam! They do not tell you that you will be charged $29.95 per month after your initial payment of $ 2.95 . They gave me a web address to receive a refund and there's no such address Internet, Utah
I visited this website to check out a vehicle's history on April 4th and paid the $2.95 fee. I was then billed an additional $29.95 in April as well as in May!I never agreed to any such terms and after contacting a Ms Jona Smith ( who informed me she was in India!) she agreed to cancel the auto deduction from my bank and also gave me a web site for refund info. This web site doesn't exist!!!!
