CashCall Ripoff Stalls Still No Payoff Balance Upon Written Certified Request Anaheim California
Being Newlweds we are happy to start our new life together...but CashCall is determined not to give us a final payoff balance!CashCalls self admitted lawyer herself refused to give my wife her payoff balance over the phone, after threatening to garnish her wages.Well...after missing 3 payments she just wants to pay it off cash with the income tax...the loan was $2500 and now with 96% interest it's about $4500?!
Well...we made a written legal demand to provide us with the payoff balance...not in an email, no not in a phone call..but on a SIGNED CashCall letterhead..and gave them a couple of days to get it to us.I'll leave out the company attorney name for now...but if she doesn't come around with the PAYOFF BALANCE I'll call ALL my buddies in the press!(I love to write)For now..I,ll leave the Attorney Generals office alone until I get a Response ON Paper.CashCall get this......this is just a wee bit compared to what I can do with a Laptop and a wireless link.Just send us the payoff balance!IN A SIGNED WRITING ON CASHCALL LETTERHEAD!Send it to:S.Young PO BOX 90213 LA CA 90009.

Did they give you the name of the attorney? And did she also supply her BAR NUMBER for California? Many times you are talking to a Paralegal. So far I see 2 attorney's but look it up in Department of Coorporations. You want to report there too. I did along with State attorney general, and some attorney's. I showed them all the lawsuits they files, just in Orange County , all the complaints and what are they going to do about it.
