We have a credit monitoring service - received notice that CCS Collections placed a collection account - call collection agency and they stated the account was a time warner account in los angeles for $1,002.00 - told the collection agency that we ended our contract in june 2014 not 2013; never received notice - wrong account number - called time warner and they would not help resolve the issue because they sold the account to CCS.
