Cedarview Lending Group- Tim Phelps, Lincoln S. Anderson And Donald Wall Scam out this world Cedarview Lending Group- Lowdown Crucks CAMBRIDGE Massachusetts
Donald Wall called me about the loan info that I had put out. Looking for a loan because I had some financial problems. He told me I was approved for a 5,000 loan. I was like okay I needed the money. I was a little skeptical but I needed the money so I we exchanged info over the phone and he sent me out some papers. I had to send in 600.00 for collateral. I did taking part of my paycheck and sent the money by money gram. He said everything was a go and that I would have the 5,000 in my account the next business day. The next day I get a call from Tim Phillips saying my account had went into rehabilitation. Which was something on the contract that I have. They said that I had to send in another 600.00 which I had to borrow from a friend. After that he said the lender backed out and that I would get a refund of 1,200.00 plus a additional 300.00 for all the mishaps. I haven't received any money to this day and have been laid off for a month now. I thought this was a good company they had contracts and everything. I have copies of everything and if I could only get my hands on them. You don't steal from hard working people.
