I ordered 9 phone covers the end of December 2012.  I received 7 the first of January 2013, two were on back order. 

I received one of the back ordered items later in January. I have been continously contacting the company since February regarding the remaining item on back order.  I have tried to be patient, but my patience has run out now.  

I have called them at least three times requesting a refund of the back ordered item and each time I have been told the refund should show up in PayPal within 24-48 hours.  It never shows up so I call again.

Today I was told that they couldn't locate and invoice/order for me, but when I told him that I talked to Jason on 4/9/13 and he had no problem finding my order, this guy changed his story.  He said he found the order and it does not show in the system where a refund has been requested.  He said he would request one in writing to his Manager today and a check should be mailed to me immediately.  I asked him why it could not be refunded through PayPal and he gave me some lame excuse that I didn't even understand.  

Something needs to be done about this company as they are a major rip-off.

Finally, after 5 months, I received payment from the company yesterday (5/24/13), but not before having posted on here, contacting the BBB, the Attorney General's office, Internet Crime Complaint Center and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DACS).  The Attorney General's office said they did not handle Consumer Complaints (although you can fill out a complaint form online...DUH), but they did give me the other places listed above plus four additional places to contact that help consumers with companies like this one.  For anyone needing that information to file complaints against Cell Phone Trek, the following is a list of the companies to contact:

Still no refund....

Contacted company and spoked with Jason again on 04/29/2013, 05/06/2013 and 05/16/2013.  Still no refund although he keeps telling me each time that it will be processed that day and show up in my PayPal account 24-48 hours.  I have already filed a complaint against them with four different agencies and have at least 6-8 more agencies to go.  I refuse to give up!
