Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have decided to run a check on this company just to see if any action was ever taken against them since I was almost ripped off by them two years ago.  What a shame.  The reports are still coming in.  That means that these con-artists are unfortunately still at large.  Sad.  Very Sad.  At least when I ordered my phone from them they sent me "SOMETHING".  Now they don't even ship anything out at all.  Just take your money and run.  When I dealt with them two years ago, I wanted to order a phone that was recently discontinued by Verizon Wireless.

This company advertised that they had this particular phone, a GZone Model 2, not only in stock, but BRAND-NEW.  I immediately ordered.  They said they were shipping it UPS and made me pay extra for UPS service.  I received the phone five days later.  It should've came in two days as promised.  It was shipped U.S. Postal service, First Class, not Priority, and was in a re-used "Tupperware" box.  Inside this box was a cheap, plain, printed box that said: "Your New Cellphone", not the original GZone packaging.  Inside, was a used, scratched up GZone Model 2, with someone elses screensaver as the wallpaper, a picture taken at a NY Mets game.

There was damage to the buttons and speaker as well.  I immediately called them and demanded a refund.  THEY INSISTED THE PHONE WAS NEW and I was mistaken.  They tried to fight me on the refund.  I Live in New Jersey and Brooklyn is fairly close, so I drove there the next morning to their supposed address. I found the advertised address, 1316 Avenue M Suite 2, Brooklyn, NY 11230, and guess what??? The suite was empty. Empty as in FOR RENT empty.  Local people in the neighborhood said that that place had no-one in it for quite some time.  They said there was no cellphone store near there.  By the way, they were very nice Hacidic Jewish people.

Very Helpful. I called the company back, and told them where I was and what I discovered.  The guy on the phone said: "You are REALLY there. Sir?  You REALLY came here? Ha Haa!" I said I wanted no more games and wanted my money back.  I threatened legal action.  The guy on the phone insisted that if I MAILED the phone back to THAT address, that they WOULD get it and I would be refunded. Obviously this address is a front and they are forwarding mail there to their REAL address that they DON'T want you to know.

I mailed the phone to the above address as directed.  About a week later they refunded me.  I guess I got lucky this time.  This is a VERY SHADY OPERATION and these people ARE OBVIOUSLY SCAMMERS AND CON-ARTISTS.  PLEASE BEWARE.  If Verizon discontinued your favorite phone, buy the upgrade model, it's probably better.  That's what I ended up doing.  Stick to Verizon, or Best-Buy, or Staples, or someone who is reputable.  If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.  Hope this was helpful.  I also hope Cell2Get gets what's coming to them also.
