Cell Phone Shop, cellphoneshop.net, Cellphoneshop.com Ripoff Sent 3 cell phones to their cell phone recycling program. After many angry emails and 12 weeks, got the cash promised Hong Kong Internet
They have terrible customer service and horrible turn around time due to the fact that their warehouses and offices are in Hong Kong. My company sent in 3 cell phones to be recycled during the last week of November 2005. We just received the checks yesterday February 21, 2006 after multiple emails to them.
Do not do business with them, especially through their cell phone recycling program, unless you are willing to write angry emails and wait 12 weeks like we did.
