I ordered a Harry Potter canvas as a christmas gift. I ordered in on November 30th, 2016. A shipping label was printed on December 8th per the tracking number provided and per the United States Post Office. However, I still haven't received the canvas I ordered. I have contacted the company and the responded initial with stating please be patient and check the website for shipping times.

Shipping is to be 2 - 4 weeks. It is now 6 weeks later, I have emailed the company several times and I get no response. I understand with shipping from overseas it takes a while, but I am still unable to track the package.

I have contacted the United States Post Office and they told me that either the company either didn't sent it or it was damaged in transit and can't be found. Since I can't get a response from the company, I am no going to be working with PayPal for a refund. 

I paid $85 dollars for something I haven't received and don't know where is. The company doesn't reply to emails, and there is no phone number to call. 

CenterWorkshop.com is a fraud and noone should order from them.
