First you will tecieve a letter saying you won. No purchase necessary . Than after words will ask for $11.89. As soon you send them that first payment they keep asking you and telling you final notice . Also you have 7 days before dead line.
After you send a couple of time they ask for more and keep sending you more paper asking foroney. Ask you to pick a lump sum of 1250 or a 30 yr annuity . It's all fraud they will have you waiting and just keep asking fot money .
If your sending money or receiving letters from COMMISSIONER OF JUDGES post office box 2905 Kansas city, is66110-2905 is a lied n fraud they will never bring you your money
