First it says a purchase is not necessary and will not improve odds of winning, then it offers a value privilege special Premium Offer: a $2500 gift certificate, Completed and Confirmed for up to 75%off WONrewards.com online merchandise and service offerings for which there is a required fee of $11.89 plus $3.00 for rush service, which must be paid in advance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    No where does  it give the name of the sweepstakeshem other than  they claim I have won, but the $14.89 must be paid directly to Central Awards Distribution. It does give me the option of taking my prize in installments of $66,667.00 per year for 30 years or a lump sum of $1,250,000.00 which may be electronically wired anywhere in the world. No surcharges or commissions are imposed and no taxes are withheld.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Nowhere does it give the name of the sweepstakes they claim I've won, nor do they give any way to contact them other than the P.O. Box listed as their address. As I am a disabled grandmother with custody of my four grandchildren and their mother since I am no longer allowed to drive, that prize money would be an extreme blessing, but it's one of those things that if it sounds too good to be true it's probably a scam. I have not sent them any money and I don't intend to return the Entrant Assurance they say must be returned within 7 days.
