Century21 Sunshine Realty ripoff Faild to fix roof broken back door front door knob and fire place and spray for bugs Showlow Arizona
In November of 2005 I decided to have a fire in my fire place when it got hot the glass on the door blew off from the heat. I told Century 21 and they said that it was not my fault and that they would have it fixed.
In march of 2006 we had a severe wind storm and the outside of my back door blew off. I reported it right away and they said that they would come out and replace it. it is now December of 2006 and the cold air is blowing through the door and as a result my 12 week old son got sick.
Also during march and our wind storms a lot of my shingles blew off in the wind. I have asked, and begged repeatedly for them to get fixed.
Just recently I was trying to open my front door but because of the trailer settling the door was stuck and the door knob came off in my hands. I called and they came out but they did not replace my door knob.
I also have a electrical outlet sticking out of my wall in my master bedroom and have told them about it but nothing has been done.

I don't work for this specific company but I do work for century 21 there is a couple of things I don't believe about your report..fist of all when you buy a home from any realty agency they don't warranty a home. There is home owner warranty insurance that could have been purchased that might have helped out on some of your issues. 2nd there is no warranty plan out there that would have paid for a $20.00 item that you could buy at lowes. unfortunately when you buy a home these are things that go with home ownership.you should have gotten a inspection and a pest report on your property that is part of escrow. If you should be mad at anyone it should be the inspection company that performed them. I understand that that your angry but next time you will purchase the $350 home warrant plan, no real estate agency would tell you that they would fix it for you
