First off I would like to apologize for any miscommunication on our part. term relationshiops through Superior customer service". We have over 1,000 reveiws on Angies List and just received our 3rd Super Service award in a row- so I really am disappointed that you did not receive better service.
Certifeid has weekly meetings to discuss customer service and we encourage our CSRs to offer credit card payments (convenient for customer and the company and much safer than mailing in a check). We even have contest and give bonuses for the highest % of CC payments and have almost 75% of our customers set up on auto pay by Credit Card (again it is a very convenient and safe way to pay).
I am very sorry you were told "no"- i can't imagine why anyone in our office would tell you that- especially our supervisor. Again- i am very sorry for any inconvienience. Certified would love to try and make it right so let us know if we can provide a free service or discount your billing.
