Internet comerce is based on ideals that if you are not happy then you will get your money back. Otherwise public will not have trust in the market place and commerce will collapse. However, there is a company who is in this industry but don't practice this simple credo. And that company is Channel Advisor.
Their software is bad confusing and difficult use but their salespeople are best in the world! Giving fuzzy answer till you sign your contract and they will hold you until suck you dry. Like a shark. Even their employees said that their software best suited for bigger company that has internet specialist.
So if you are small company with limited man power then stay away. After I realized that this software is not for me, I contacted them to buyout at lesser value. Their account manager said she will get back to me but never did and next thing I knew, collection people were hounding me with threat that they will ruin my credit!! So I had to pay off.
I blew $18,000 and I got nothing!!! My word of advise for small people who sells in Ebay and Amazon is to stay away from this people. If you still want to go with CA is to months to months and quit if you are not happy. At the time that I sign with them they did not have option but their fortunes hit toilet so they might offer that. Best yet, go with other companies that are much cheaper with simpler platform and months to month option.
I went with another company and I am very happy and I am launched. The Karma is that after they screwed me, their stock went to toilet. I will not endorse any one company but go with month to month plan and drop them if you are not happy or they oversold you. There are a lot of company who wants to screw small internet vendors with bad service, over promise and bad product so be very aware!!
