Received a Char-Broil #463230511 in May of 2012. Grill was assembled as per instructions. 6weeks later bolts holding grill to base sheer off. I of course did not register nor keep my receipt so I was forced to purchase $25.99 hardware kit, shipping $10.95, total weight of package 8 oz. Now its August and all 4 wheels are falling out due to caster sockets being cheap plastic and stripping. Tried to sign on to account that I created for last purchase and account does not exist. Email not recognized? They sent me confirmations of order and shipping. Called customer service and was told " I cant do anything without a registration number", not even let me access my account? Very rude and no help. Now had to order 4 more caster sockets ($11.96) and again shipping is ridiculous ($8.95) these are plastic parts that cant weigh more than 4 oz total. These grills are garbage and they do not care about their customers. Do not buy! Spend the extra and get a Weber. I will never buy another product from these people. Even if I had been able to use the one year warranty I would still be responsible for shipping. Not good at all
