I paid this attorney to handle my patent persecution case after dealing with another bad attorney. Upon paying her several retainers, i would have to initiate all contact with her office. There was hardly ever any contact from them. I went to her office and waited for over an hour only to leave before being seen. My case is now currently in a worse state with her firm having power of attorney and me having to do extra paperwork to have it remove. I really regret having ever met this firm.
