Complaint Review: Charles Andrew Leader - Internet

Chuck Leader is an online troll who bottom feeds off of any attention he can get, including the attention of his many homemade alias', including a "Harvard graduated Chihuahua," who also has a classmates.com profile.        

His one of many websites (many sites have repeatedly gone up and down, depending on the legal threats he receives) CADZLA.COM has over 2,500 posts -- yes, upwards of TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED posts --  with the sole purpose of harassing Whipple on a daily basis.

Another target was a breast cancer victim who sadly lost her battle, all the while Chuck directed a slew of online abuse with intentions of falsly accusing Jennifer F. of pretending to have cancer, relentlessly bullying this woman in her last months of life. He went as low as posting, "B* just needs to die." Who says words like that?!

Special K, Kayla Itsines, Keto Babe -- just a few more victims off the top of my head.

Many of his neighboring towns -- Frankfort, New Lenox, Orland Park, Chicago, Tinley Park, Lockport -- have seen him surface in their FaceBook Forums, where he berates and taunts Go Fund Me pages, equestrian communities, ads looking for support (often times single mothers), car/repair forums, businesses and business owners, previous associates as well as seemingly random targets. He loves to fabricate new pages and websites tailed with "EXPOSED."

He has opened Twitter accounts, Instagram accounts, Pinterest accounts, dating site accounts -- in his victims names and names of his victim's family members.

It seriously appears as if his company, CA LEADER & Associates, is merely a guise, as he lives behind his computer screen posting on a minute-by-minute basis. Ninety-nine percent of his posts have an "edit history," exposing the creepy obsession he has over his victims.

Some edit histories reveal upwards of 50 edits (PER POST!), often hours or minutes apart, at all hours of the day and night.

He body-shames anyone he can (, admits to using an IP address scrambler, maintaining numerous proxy servers as well as multiple screennames, and brags about the the number of "post views" he receives on his homemade mocking sites he cooks up about anyone he is jealous of.

He employs the use of dozens of email addresses, his favorite being @myself.com, to harass individuals with loads of spam, utilizing the same terminology repeatedly, making him easy to identify.

Some of his favorite slogans and accusations are: "Cheers!" "S* Talking" "Scum bags" "Wannabe" "Losers" "Stay tuned" "Coming soon" "Let the fun begin" "Drug addict" "d****e bag" "KARMA" "Keyboard warrier" "Refusal of refunds" "We will bury you" "Where are your kids?" "Where is your wife?" "Game over" "haters gonna hate" "Nut hugger"

The pictures he posts to harass his victims are more than disturbing, often displaying blow-up dolls, guns, babies with drug and paraphernalia quotes, distorted and offensive body images and personal pictures of his victims doctored with dating site titles.

Chuck is turning 50 this September, and has spent the past several decades posing as teenage girls, industry experts, and most commonly posing as the numerous individuals he victimizes.
