I called 1-11-2017 and canceled my membership because my fiancee card was declined three times and we thought that was werid, so to avoid being charged, I called the number they provided, spoke to a female agent who after I told her to get her boss on the phone told me she was a supervisor, she sent the email confirmation of canceling my services and membership. Today 1-12-2017 we see money withdrawn from my fiancee account by checkfreescore.com I called again spoke to another lady who refused to listen and pretended to cancel services and membership, we were then transferred to an Agent named Nicolas ID number221684

You should not give up! It is your money
Cal them at 855-421-9615 That is the refund hotline. I got a refund no questiosn asked and I got it the day I requested it.
