Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Stay away from this doctor, we were ripped off by Dr. Cherie Hinchliffe of Laguna Beach, don't let it happen to you. We have over $50k in losses because of this jerk with an MD. RPM is a well renown property management company and Dr. Cherie Hinchliffe signed an agreement for us to find a renter for her property. We found a renter who signed a 3 year lease agreement, we notified Dr. Hinchcliffe who then asked for the contact information of the new renter. A week later, after we gave the phone number to Dr. Hinchliffe, the new renter called our office and said they were canceling  their lease because Dr. Hinchliffe called them direct and they were going to do a new lease with her directly. Dr. Hinchliffe called us as well and said she was cancelling her management contract and gave us a bogus excuse as to why she was doing so. Dr. Cherie Hinchliffe not only pulled the rug from under us and stold our renter, but she then stiffed us in not paying the management fees she owed us. The so called "doctor" ripped us off in losses of over $10,000 to RPM for breaking her contract. RPM has additional losses when Dr. Cherie Hinchliffe had the nerve to blame us for her stealing our client then sending a bogus report over the internet. We checked her background and her MD degree is from a third world country. Dr. Cherie Hinchliffe is a true rippoff artist and the community needs to know how she truely ripps off business owners. This report is also going out to the medical board, it does not fall under malpractice but it is clearly a violation of ethics, common decency and a moral code that the doctor lacks.

I WORED FOR THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I worked for this so called "doctor"I am so happy I finally found a place to complain about
She is a terrible, mean and condescending person, she treated me and other staff like we were her "servants", literally

Is all she thinks about is money and how to make it or get the "best deal"

I worked as a back office assistant for her. She would always check the back of a person's chart to see what kind of medical insurance a patient had, and treat them accordingly. If you had good insurance that paid more then another insurance (like an HMO) you were treated really well.
She would run test on patients that were not ever necessary, She had a "lab" on her premises. Most of the equipment was not calibrated correctly, reagents were expired, but I was told to use what I had. One time I actually was told by her to pull a blood vial out of a contaminated box because she wanted to add another tests, which I refused to do and she then pulled it out, not only was it a great way to get infected but all different patients blood was mixed in together.

One time, Dr.Hinchliffe was on vacation and a patient came into the office (not knowing the doctor was on vacation) bleeding from her eyes, legs and arms. The patient was on a blood thinner and Dr. Hichliffe was not monitoring her correctly. He Protime level was so high. I was going to send the patient straight to the ER, but I was instructed to call one of her doctor friends before I send anyone to the ER. Her doctor friend "covered" her butt. I was ordered to give the patient a shot of Vitamin K, to thicken her blood and stop the bleeding. This is just one innocent of many that she made errors. I believe she went to a medical school that was not in the USA.

Also, she did would do vaccinations for people that were going out of the country. She had this whole scam going on. She would make "travel packages" out of samples we would get from the pharmaceutical representatives. On the samples it clearly stated NOT FOR SALE, well she would put this bags together with samples of all sorts and sell them for $99.00...she was really pushy about getting me to sell these bags. She would use like a "scare tact" that it was a must to have these bags of have Tylenol, motion sickness pills, pills for diarrhea,  band aides, cotton balls , iodine, alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer and much, much more in case patient ran into trouble.  Again keep in mind they were "samples" and not to be sold.

She never paid over time, and at that time she would keep me over an hour or two. I was a single mother and I had to keep a job, I felt that if I did not stay over she would fire me.
She also was doing "side" jobs, filling out questionnaires for extra money, while she was seeing patients. It was just money, money....

One day I was so stressed out by her, I just left a note with the key to the office and quit. I asked her to send my paycheck to my home address. She never did, I had to file a claim in Small Claims court to get my money.

She is nothing but a liar, scam artist and counts on other doctors to help her deal with medical issues..She is scary and I would not send my worst enemy to her!!!

I hope this makes sense to you, if you have any questions please call me.

Thank you,
Cyndi
