Child Protective Services THEY TOOK THE ONLY THING THAT MADE ME WHOLE AND LIED TO MY FAMILY AND I Dallas Texas
I dont know where to start. I fought for my little girl for two years the judge sign papers saying return to parents. i didnt get my last court letter in the mail.So when i called the case worker.She was like you missed you last court date and you parental rights was denied ,you have no say so if she dies get married or nothing. but the whole time i was going to child protective services for the two years or so. It was another case worker that work there she would pick up my child from the foster home and take her back. She had her pictures sitting on her desk in her office. sometimes when i had my day to go see her they would tell me i missed her. but anyone who has had a case there knows back then they bring the kids through the lobby elevator and you can see them leave and come i would have friend with me we would be waiting for like 25 or 30 min nobody came down with her or up with her.they took my counseling sessions stuff that said in sessions to use against my mother getting her and me that lead to me no speaking to my mom for years to find out that was a lie.ive been dieing to tell my story to somebody i was young, parents on drugs no family support and would relly like to get an answer from somebody. i miss her so much she was to then now she is 15 .HER BIRTHDAY WAS NOVEMBER 4. IVE ALWAYS HATED MYSELF FOR NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO FIGHT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP MY GET MY LIFE IN ORDER BACK TO BASIS BECAUSE THIS HAVE TORN ME APART FOR YEARS!

I have been under investigation by Child Protective service a few times. Once about 10 years ago and than again t 6 months about 6 months ago. The first time i was young and didn't know anything about what a misserable life those people could make mine. All went well after a good year of dealing with them. The most recent was rediculous and i must blrame the fire department for it all. We had a house fi$re and the firedepartment went through my house like bulls in a china shop throwing things out of their way and destroying things they had no reason to destroy. My 11 year old had tipped over a candle and started a fire. he shoud of never had a candle or matches but none the less he did and we had a fire innocent mistake. Anyway somebody from the fire department decided 4 kids and two adults in our little home was too many plus they said our house was cluttered and a fire hazard. hmm before the firedepartment came through there was a blankelt on the floor and my toddlers toys. oh and laundry in the laundry room. If thats cluttered whatever. Thay told us we couldn't go back to our house the day after the fire. so here we were out on the street with nowhere to go so my husband called an attorney he told us you never have to let those people in your home ever. they can't come in unless they have a court order that says they can and to get that they have to have good cause. So we went home. when they came to our door(CPS) we asked if they had a court order well no they didn't so we didn't let them in. they argued with us and tried to tell us thye didn't have to have one. they do in everystate. don't let them bully you they have to have a court order or your permission to some into your property just like cops do when they want to search your car or residence. they argues with us for weeks over this and finally dropped it. pass it on everyone you do not have to let those people in your home ever. don't let them threaten and bully you just say no and shut the door if they really thirnk there is a problem they will get a court order
