Choice Financial USA NEVER RETURN Calls after they get your money, makes all kinds of promises, Bankrupts charge 800.00 you can do for 274.00, push the forensic Audit 3000.00 and this is a waste of money becuase they do n San Ramon, California
RIP OFF. This company promises you allot and tell you what you want to hear. First of all I already gone through another company on Loan mod and they keep me in the house for a year but the mod they gave me was more them my original mortgage. so I when to this company. They said they could get a lower modification and I also asked if the loan company could do a Forbearance's agreement again and they said no not anymore. But after paying 800.00 for a bankruptcy which you can do for 274.00 yourself. to stop foreclosure for 30 - 60 days so they can reapply for mod. but after 45 days they said bank want a Forbearance's before looking at loan so Choice Financial wanted me to do a short sale. I paid 3000.00 for this!!! I talked to bank and it is still going through mitigation with someone else and foreclosure is on hold.
Request all documentation and they still have not supplied what I paid for! I started working with a Non Profit and so far they are doing what I paid this to do, hopefully it work outs
