Somehow this company got my checking account information. I suspect when I was looking into a payday loan that I didnt complete. They charged me 99.99 for some sort of shop at home service. I called thier "customer service" number after contacting my bank to get this mess fixed. After 3 days of trying to speak to a person I finally got a gentleman, and i use that term loosely, on the line. After explaining to him that I dont even own a computer....I use the library...and certainly never signed up for this service he agreed to cancel the "account". I asked when I would see the refund and he bluntly said "never...we dont do refunds". I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused...laughed and hung up on me. I called back and got another very snide and rude young lady who also refused a supervisor...telling me there wasnt a supervisor and good luck....and she hung up on me! I called them 4 times!!! each time the representative was snide, rude and mean....each time they laughed and hung up on me! I am reporting them to the Attorney Generals office and looking into legal steps.
