I HOPE U SLEEP WELL THINKING OF HOW MANY PEOPLE U HELPED DEFRAUD OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. U TOLD ME U DROVE A BMW IS THIS HOW U EARNED THE MONEY BY STEALING FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE. What do you think Ive been doing? I was unemployed for months after leaving that mess of a company and trying to help others. Do you think Choosedirect.com hasn't tried to scare me into shutting up? I will not get into detail here about that. Believe me when I tell you that I am doing what I can for prior customers. I never swore to anything as you state. Furthermore, Steve would tell me "I'm sending checks on "Tuesday." then change his mind and never send checks or pay for work techs did. I would just tell the customer the info Steve told me. I later on figured out that no matter what he said it wouldn't happen. Just so you know I moved to California not knowing anyone and ChooseDirect hired me, little did I know this would be the type of company Id be working for. It was not my intention to work for this type of person. I am not rich by any means, I didn't make a dime by ripping you off. I thought I was working for a regular company until I received so much evidence that it was bullshit. Choosedirect.com may not have the money to pay you back but believe me they had the money to pay a lawyer to write a bullshit letter to threaten me and other prior employees who have spoken out.

You are as much to blame for misrepping a product I talked to you on a daily basis. You lied to me over & over. These few words I hope never ease your guilty feelings that you must have from being a part of stealing peoples hard earned money. You are like a shoplifter you should have a record on your preformance for this company & you also should be held responsible. SB lied & you swore to it. I have been reading many bad reviews over the last few days with a sinking feeling in my stomach because I too ordered a Hot Tub from this company.
I ordered in October with a delivery date in January, then it became February, then March and now supposedly it will be April. From reading this report I sounds like my Tub might not have even been ordered yet. And what about the UL certification? I just don't know what to do, I order online all the time and have never had a bad experience.
Micaela, what would you do in my situation? Do you know if anyone has been checking with a laywer yet or started a criminal investigation? How many people do you think have been scammed?
HELP!!! I am hoping more people will read this and we can get together!!!
