My husband and I purchased our first "AKC" puppy from Chris Bucceri AKA Buck. In the begginning he was friendly and informative. We made the mistake of not checking reviews on Buck and his facility.
When we got the puppy on August 25, 2015 we did not notice the hunk out of the end of his ear until a few days later, due to his rapid movements and liver color upon liver color. We were shocked that he did not disclose this before he sent the puppy.
All the picture Buck sent were of the opposite side or did not show the deformity. When we contacted Buck he was belligerent and defensive. We then sent him pictures of the ear. He continued to be combative and defensive and did not offer sufficient compensation.
We also asked for the AKC papers that did not arrive with the puppy. He blocked me from his phone saying that I was "making his stomach bleed".
To date, we still have not received papers and it is October 4th. Upon looking at reviews on line we saw that there were many people with similar or worse problems. We felt violated and lied to.
We want this guy stopped. Nothing like a class action law suit to cause Buck to fess up to his misconduct. Please contact us if possible to discuss how to proceed. This guy is an imposter. We are also contacting the Police and Better Business Bureau.
