I spoke to the office manager named Chris. He was very ignorant and cocky with me. When speaking with Chris I found out they opened up multiple accounts using all of my personal information. I immediately wanted to close all of my merchant accounts that were opened, so they did. A few days later I found out there was money missing out of my bank account due to cancellation fees.

I was not informed of any fees when I requested for the accounts to be closed. This company is terrible. I would not advise anyone to do business with this company. Your Account Was A Direct MID, Approved By The Processing Company || The Account Was Restricted Due To Violation Of Policies

Dear! Jerry, 

We got your account approved by the payment processing company. You had complete information on their terms and condition by signing the agreement. Our role was just to get your application completed and approved. A merchant is always connected with the processing company directly after the account gets approved. So, neither we rule the processing company nor we control you and your customer. You violated their policies and terms of use for their services. That involved us nowhere.  

Your account was restricted by the processing company because of the violation of their policies. They found that you were failed to prove legitimacy.  Upon, your request they closed your account and would have charged the fee as per their agreement.  Your account was never charged by Paycron for any type of fee, set up fee. You would have never seen any payment charged by us. None from our team demanded any type of fee. You may go back and check your statement. We still have all records of the overall conversation. 

We are a referral partner with multiple processing companies which are the leading brands in the processing industry. We provide complete information about the available solution. Merchants have to fill an application of the processor and then the Underwriting team of the processing company completes their work. Upon approval, the merchant is directly connected with the account manager at the processing company. The merchant needs to process only as per the agreement and terms of use for their services. No Processing company would let you process by going beyond their terms of use and Compliances.
