I currently own a 2005 Chrysler Mini van. Love the van, hate the finance company. I am at the end of my rope with Chrysler Financial, and do not know what else to do. Since November of last year I have been trying to close a bank account that was compromised. So I removed all the funds except twenty dollars( just to keep it open), I then contacted all the folks that I have automatic deductions / bill payments through and switched the bank pointers to the new account. Everyone except Countrywide and Chrysler Financial made the swap without incident. Both of these vendors have refused to change the accounts after multiple changes on the web sites and Calls into the customer support centers. Since November I have watched the accounts daily and did emergency fund transfers to cover the refusal to change the pointers. Each time it has cost me 35.00, so we are talking about more than 150.00 .

I have had a long history of issues with the fine folks at Chrysler Financial, Lost payments, placing payments on accounts that were already paid off rather than the current loan. This is my 4th new Dodge / Chrysler purchase in a row and looks like it's going to be my last.

My Biggest concern at this point is the phone harassment, refusal to take and process the payments against the correct account information and the damage that is and has happened to my account through NO fault of my own. I have checnged the data on line, spoke to 3 different customer support folks still I can not make my payments. Oh they will take the payment if I am willing to pay the extra 30.00 to make a phone payment.
