Chrysler did return my truck and admitted it was an illegal repossession, but they gave me the truck back without a title so I could not register the vehicle or drive it. I fought with them for 11 months to get title, but they failed to ever title it. I finally got tired of fighting with them and stopped making payments after 9 months unless they titled it. They never did, or I should say they titled it so they could go to the court after the contract had been declared breach and canceled. At that point they petitioned the court to seize the vehicle with out giving me due notice of there intentions due notice, hell no notice at all, they sneak around like the bunch of thieves that they are. This was a violation of judicial procedure and a crime. They also hired a tow truck company to quote beat me up and beat be into submit ion as per the tow truck drive. Last I knew it was illegal to have a contract put out on someone!!! Although according to Chrysler they are above the law and the rules do not apply to them. They say they had a contract, breached or not, they will still try to get me one way or another. (what happened to consumer rights? A contract is only enforceable in one direction. So far in this mess Chrysler has violated at least four Arizona revised statutes, two federal laws, most of the uniform commercial code and several state laws. At least the state is willing to prosecute. After they got an illegal seizure order from the court to steal a vehicle they had no claim to and lying to the Judge I finally gave them the truck back since it had no title and I could know longer afford to store it and make payment and pay for insurance on a truck that they owned and I could not drive. This is when they titled it so they could call it a repossessing and put that on my credit. It now seems they think I owe them $7800 on the truck ( $2000 was to wash the truck for auction) and they don't even have a contract!!! To date my losses (besides loosing a truck I have never driven) are $22000 they owe me for a refund of monies paid on the breached contract, $11800 I paid for insurance, storage and extortion money and $280000 they owe me for the loss of my house after they hounded me at work so much that I lost my job (unfair collection practices). For a total of $313800 they owe me in damages. On top of this I have to pay for a lawyer to get the money back, anyone know a good lawyer that is not afraid of Chrysler. They can have 50% of what they recover!! Call me if you do!! Oh yah, this is all well documented!!!!!!
