Regarding Mellisa's 04' Van, we were never able to duplicate her concern and it was brought to our concern since she wrote this complaint last year. Since that time she has also been in for lots maintenance and she likes our store enough that we traded her out of the van and into a Jeep. She has no further complaints and continues to refer to us. Deani, Is not truthful. This Jeep has been to our shop for a total of 5 warranty visits in the last 2 years. Just after the 2nd visit their car had been in a large accident. Many of their complaints are a direct reslut of the damage caused by their accident.

The rebuttal posted for report on Moore Chrysler Lemon Van etc..... is not a rebuttal. I was very disappointed to find that out because I too have a report posted on this site against the same dealership, and was anxious to hear what they had to say for themselves. The article submitted should have been a separate report against Moore Chrysler, not a rebuttal.

I also purchased a 2004 vehicle Chrysler Moore-My own commentary is listed. I went for the 15th time today for repairs! Vehicle has 22k miles..of course no help from Moore and no response from Daimler. Have you been able to get resolution? If not-only an idea but only takes 2 consumers against same corp for CLASS ACTION SUIT --there are others like us. Selling defective merchandise is not legal. We dont want trouble..just fix the problem, replace the vehicle or let us walk away! Good Luck!
