Christopher, I would suggest that you call customer service at 1-800-331-0500 and explain to them an error was made on your account. If you were on the GSM NATION plan that has no roaming, longdistance, and unlimited mobile to mobile during the four months you were overcharged, then your account should be fully credited for any Mobile to Mobile and Roaming charges. I would ask the customer service rep. to review your account and issue a full credit due to the fact that it was a system error that caused the error. If the error is a system issue or Cingular's fault then you will get 100% credit for the errors. If the overage was not caused by the system then you get a one time credit of 1/2 the amount. Just wanted to pass this information on to you.
