When I signed up for my plan I got a bundle package for Text Messaging, Multi-media messaging, and internet. The package is called Media Basic and is supposed to be 1MB of internet usage. Somehow I got put on Media Basic Internet Express which is only 512KB and costs the same as the plan I thought I had.

I thought it was a typo until I got a bill for $70 in overages, I then called and was told I was on an expired plan and got put on the correct plan. We shall see how much they try to bill me for the change a prorate and a month in advance. I called and they supposedly are going to look into it and get back to me we shall see if that happens.

Also my boyfriend has a V3 Razor and it will just be sitting on the desk or table or nightstand and all of the sudden it will say 2KB tranferred, now we are looking at another bill of overages for not even accessing the internet and they don't believe that the phone is doing this what else is going to transfer 2KB at 2:00 in the morning when I'm at work and he is sleeping. Hopefully this will be resolved and charges credited.
