mark kowalski is the unoffical owner of city lights autos. he owned it for years till he was caught cheating on his wife. as such do to the divorce he put he company in lisa miazga name. lisa is well know to the police and couts in ct. she is also on probation for theft / larceny by the middletown ct superior court for one year, with a six month suspended sentence. she and mark have been sued by many firms and banks about car payments and scams. said information can be researched at the ct superior court website , go to small claims case look up.

what i have to inform the public about is mark has a practice of puttinh fake liens on cars so to beat the original lien holders such as banks out of money on cars and obtain them by means of a mechanic lien.

prior to me ever meeting mark and lisa i was tracking a nissan sentra belonging to desiree soto ( on social security disability while also working several jobs ) another scumbag who wanted to get out of her car loan as she was behind in payments and her car was up for repossession. when i tracked desiree down to 22 addisson rd in hamden she told me she traded the car in but would not tell me with who. after i filed a wanted car report thid dumb person desiree contacted the hamden poice in ct. which lead to some officer named mansfield telling me he was going to arrest me for slander. i then called hamden police and spoke to sgt daughrty who advised officer mansfield to back off and then gave me the adderss of were desiree traded the car in, which brought me to the two scumbags at city lights autos who yold me to go fuc_ myself they took the car in on trade and used a mechanics lien to  make it legal.

this information is being provided to help others in hopes to prevent matters like this in the future, i should note nothing was wrong with the nissan prior to being giving to city lights autos. in fact desiree had sent text messages seening if she could pay the car off early as she wanted to sell the nissan and purchase a bmw..

i would love to know how a scumbag on social security disabitlity can afford to drive a bmw and maintain full auto coverage on it and pay for repairs plus her rent on the house not apt she resides in.

Our customer had repair work done to her car.  The repossession company was trying to repossess it.  When they found out  the customer didn't pay the repair bill and the dealership filed a mechanics lien on the car, they became frustrated and resorted to using slander on the internet to change our minds.  If a repair job is not paid for the repair facility is allowed by law to file a mechanics lien.  This lien supercedes all other liens including the original loan on the car.  The repo company works for the original lien holder and can't repossess the car unless they pay off the repair bill.  This lead to their frustration.  Ultimately, as a last effort, he resorted to slander on the internet, which can be very damaging to a business.

We tried to work with all parties.  We convinced the customer to pay the car off and we offered to sell the car for her and pay off the repair and put money back in her pocket.  She is our customer and she is very content.  The repo company that filed this report fabricated many things to be persuasive and try to reach a more favorable resolution for their client.  This is a far cry from stealing a car!
