This is my last message to you I talked to paypal and there was no hold on your refund you claim takes so many days to process that is how a paypal claim works! You were going to get your dress that is why I uplaoded tracking. The claim closed before I got to do that. Here is a photo of the REAL LIVE tracking slip I filled out for you when I uploaded that tracking number oh look it matches ITS NOT FAKE what a surprise! You are mean and seneseless and WRONG

This is going to be my last response to this report as I have stated everything truthfully and 100% honest!
I did not call paypal and give them YOUR information, I gave them MINE, and I inquired about the claim I had filed against YOUR account, I inquired for further information from what I got from them via email stating there was no funds to approve refund at that time and they were extending the time. They did not open YOUR account and give me YOUR information, he opened MY CLAIM and told me what the status was and he read Insufficient funds, account FROZEN due to multiple claims. You keep making up stories to cover yourself, Amiee, but when you think about it....people would not even find this site and these reports unless you have done them as you have done so many of us! If you want to clear your name....STOP LYING!! We are not a pack of high school girls out to make you look bad, I am my own person and I am just here speaking my truths!! You are just mad because I called you out on your lies....like you stating if I didnt file a claim I would have had my dress shipped this week, yet you gave PAYPAL a tracking number TWO WEEKS AGO that was an fake number!! (I ship daily and have never printed a tracking number that says it is not a valid number!!) You need to slow your role because the more you talk on here the more lies you are exposing on YOURSELF!!!

Just talked to paypal 11am est 7/16/10 they AGAIN confirmed you have NO access or privalage to know ANY of my account information. You can find more about paypals privacy policies by going to www.paypal.com then at the bottom click privacy.

I am not defending myself to you anymore I owe you nothing. You must be mistaken because I am protected under PRIVACY laws and paypal cannot share my account information with you! Any person that has any sense about people personal finances KNOWS this! I cannot call paypal and ask your balance or your bank that is ludicrous! I am done speaking to you I again OWE YOU NOTHING

Amiee, don't come on here calling me a liar, that is one thing I am not...maybe you should go look in the mirror! I DID CALL PAYPAL, I GAVE THEM ALL THE INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT, WHICH SHOWS A PENDING REFUND FROM YOU...I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY MONEY BACK, THE GUY I TALKED TO LOOKED AT YOUR ACCOUNT AND SAID IT IS FROZZZZEEEEENNNNNN!!! (HE CAN ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION WHEN IT IS OWING ME MONEY AND THERE IS A CLAIM FILED) He said there is no money in that paypal account...AND THERE ARE MORE THEN ONE PENDING REFUND REQUEST FILED....and that is the reason for the wait time. I asked what would happen if you didn't get money in the account to cover this and he said Paypal would cover it because THEY HAVE BUYER PROTECTION!!!! Call them before calling me a liar next time! I am not a liar! You think you can private message people threatening them because they call you out for what you are? You have cheated so many people. I filed when I did because 30 days had went by with NO CONTACT FROM YOU! I would message you, and yes I have them all, and you never responded. I am not stupid and caught on and filed before my money was gone like all these other ladies! You claim all this nonsense about your wait time, you didnt have a POSTED wait time when I ordered from you!! You added that later when other ladies started questioning their order status....and you did it after another lady told you where you could go and copy-paste from another site!! (I know because I read it!!) Plus I have the messages from you where you admit you added it AFTER I ordered, so go on and keep telling lies, Amiee. Trust me, the lies will come back to you....they always do!

Sorry Leighanna nice try but paypal does not give any one any one elses paypal information so good story. You were told my wait time was 4-6 weeks and you couldnt wait that so you filed a claim and you got a refund end of story. That is NOT a scam. I am not even going to respond to Angie she knows where I stand with her.

I just wanted to update my report because I did get my refund from Claire's Bowtique...THANKS TO PAYPAL!!!! Insufficient funds kept me from getting my refund earlier, as I filed on July 1st for my refund...today is the 13th. I called paypal and was informed her paypal account was frozen due to so many refund requests at once, but they would cover the amount as I have buyer protection. SO THANK YOU PAYPAL FOR MY REFUND!! PayPal Rocks, Claire's Bowtique does not!!

Hi Leighanna. I am sure I am gonna hear some horrible comments for reaching out to you right now, but my name is Angie and I own 4inspiration on facebook. You will find nothing but 100% happy customers. I also filed a ripoff report regarding Amiee and so she likes to tell customers that I am just jealous and trying to steal her customers. This is not true at all. I was a loyal customer of Amiee's that spent TONS of money. Had she sent me my items as promised (only received SOME of my items)...I would have continued being a loyal customer and a BIG buyer. However, to make a long story short...Amiee scamming me was a blessing in disguise. I learned how not to treat customers and what not to do. I started my business and was off to a wonderful start. A store owner in my hometown picked up my line and I sell my items out of the store in Muskegon Michigan named All Things Girly. Because I understand the pain of promising a child something and waiting and waiting and waiting on Amiee and it never coming......it breaks my heart to hear these other stories. One woman told me of how Amiee had promised a friend of hers little girl who was going to Disney with make a wish foundation, a minnie tutu set. The set never came. :( Call me gullible or naive, but I still believe that Amiee didn't set out to scam anybody, but the money coming in was good and soon she was in over her head and she spent all our money before she sent the items...I don't know...maybe she did set out to scam.
