Complaint Review: Claire's Bowtique - Allegan Michigan

This is my ripoff report about Claire's Bowtique...please be advise that you can read my words and believe them or choose to have your own experience. Amiee Sima AKA Claire's Bowtique sold an item to me on 8/4/10. I bought this item via a Shop Now tab on her Facebook page. Now, to me, Shop Now means Ready to buy. The tab did say Custom Onesie and the picture was a hello kitty onesie. I took Custom to mean my size and color. There were drop down menus but they both said Color so I left a Paypal note that said 'white size 12 mos.'. I received an email immediately and the copy and pasted version is as follows....

{Amiee, 8/4: Hi! I received your order for a custom onesie :) what size and design would you like? Thank you!

Me 8/5: Size 12 mos. please. There was no place on the shop now tab to enter it, just color so I left a note on Paypal. I apologize

Me 8/9: The checkout was for a hello kitty design, the options were color and color so I assumed that you knew Hello Kitty..thats the one Id like, do you know when that will ship?

So according to HER it shipped on 8/10. She went on vacation to Fl. on 8/14. She posted this info. all over her page. After not receiving my item by 8/17 I messaged her. I figured id ask for my tracking # to see if it would be here soon. I needed it by 8/30. No I didnt mention rush but 20 days is enough time for something to get to me! More than enough. She didnt respond. She was on vacation, however, her page update said she WOULD respond to messages but to allow 24 - 48 hrs. Which I allowed 5 days. With no response, I asked again on 8/23 (I believe) waited 3 days with no response. Then on 8/28 I put in a claim with Paypal. I had heard many things about her and wasnt about to let my order go past 45 days. At this point I had to go buy a retail hello kitty onesie and express it back home because I had tried to give her all the time she needed. She never once emailed to let me know anything. No contact nothing. Then when Paypal gave her 10 days to give them tracking info. she waited until the last day to do it. She said (via a facebook page discussion about pages that scam) that she didnt know it was the last day she just did it that day..yada yada. I didnt believe her to say the least. Just another excuse if you ask me. So that was 9/8 (now if it shipped 8/10 by 9/8 it shouldve made its way to me but it didnt). Now she can say something came up. But one of the big complaints about her is she lies about shipping dates to get people to go past the Paypal 45 day policy, which clearly I couldve hit that soon. So once she put the Paypal tracking in, they give her 3 ays for it to update. What do you know? After 3 days it still said no record. Paypal instantly gave my money back.

The fact is...she screwed me over. Yes I got my money back, but she has scrwed many of my friends and customers out of money! She says we are a hate group and that we are jealous but its not true. She will delete you off her Facebook page, block you, ignore your emails and leave you no choice but to make fake pages, and stalk her page and emal. She uses Facebook as this all mighty power against the people she scams. NOW she doesnt scam everyone she does business with, because after all a good scam needs to have some customers to keep her from seeming like a scam. All in all, I do believe she is a scam artist of sorts. This has been going on since April! I was a lucky one that got the money back! Please believe that it is a gamble with Claire's Bowtique and you should order at your own risk. All these reports arent just because we are bored..and we certainly do not know each other enough to just ban together on a page and lady just because we have nothing to do. There are reasons behind what we are doing and all these reports!
