Claire's Bowtique Claires Bowtique Rip OFF! Buyer BEWARE! Internet
I am sad that I have to write this report but I feel that others should be aware of what they are buying in to at Claire's Bowtique. The owner has a bow of the month club that I purchased in March of 2010. I still to this day have never received a single bow from her for the Bow of the Month. I also ordered an outfit from her back in June and was told it would take 6 weeks to get it, which was fine. Well it has been longer than that and she said that she had shipped out all orders before going on vacation so naturally I asked about mine. She said it was sent. Fine. Over a month has gone by and I still have not received my order. I have asked for a refund and she has refused. She also has denied that she received any of my order forms for the bow of the month club despite the fact that I forwarded each and every order form that was e-mailed to her. Please do not waste your time and/or money with her. There are many other wonderful shops out there that provide high quality items for a slightly higher price and actually send you what you have paid for.
The worst part about this is that when she had alot of angry customers complaining about how she was doing this to them I actually stuck up for her due to her situation. Only to have the tables turned and she did this to me too! It's really a horrible practice that she has going on. BUYER BEWARE!
