This company is a scam. I have two other cars that I have GAP insurance with them and it wasn't by choice. I am obviously cancelling those policies. The car dealer that I am loyal to, happens to only sell their GAP insurance. I had to pay the lien holder out of pocket to settle the loan. Classic not once indicated that they weren't going to pay. My last contact with them on 06/01/2018, they informed me that the check had been mailed. I called on 06/12/2018 to get a status on the check and the rep informed me that my claim had been denied and that I should seek to get the pro-rated portion of the GAP insurance policy from the dealler. I am sure they have all the recorded phone calls between their claims' department and I to prove my story/statement. DON"T BUY THEIR GAP INSURANCE, YOU WILL NEVER GET PAID!!
