Claudia prather has continually defamed both character and reputation of one Reach out Rescue, Inc. There is no validity to any claims, she was not privvy to the structural integrity of the organization and is making a lot of false claims and accusations. She has been banned from her own local shelter as well as a number of other shelters and rescues. she should not be allowed to work in the area of animal care and rescue. She is literally lying about things and information to discredit this organization, none of which are true.

I have all the documentation needed to show this particular group is not a rescue but indeed just flippers that don't do right by the dogs. When the Do Not Rescue was put out on this group in 2014 it was with good reason. The lack of proper veterinary care, hoarding of dogs in boarding facilities that are sub-standard and no regard as to placement. I was a part of the group and new the founder, Libby Marquardt, personally for 15 years. I had been told by every organizations she was with prior to forming RORR that she wasn't reliable or good but chose to believe in her over what I was told.
I don't know Anya but I do know that nothing has changed with this organization since I left in 2014. For instance adopting out an adult dog without it having been altered or to a vet to have a much needed dental done. Adopting out puppies immediately without altering them as well as not being fully vetted.
I was involved with this organization as I spent over $17.000.00 of my own money vetting, caring and placing dogs/puppies for them. My reputation is known and even those that don't agree with me about this organization know that I go beyond for any foster.
Anya, you are making some serious charges and unless you want to go to court I suggest you find out what you are talking about and keep your mouth shut. I do have all the documentation needed and have shared it with others if asked and will continue to do so. Here is a name for you, Bella, do you know what happened with her? Most likely not but it wasn't good and is just one example of how RORR operates.
