cleo's vip room cleosviproom.com/ failing to pay $320 and giving the run around Internet
i had tried there gaming site through facebook stating they give you a free chip and what you win after a precentage you get to keep and I won $320 and when i tried to cash out they at first seemed like they were giving me the run around saying that i had to join upay in order for me to get my winning so i did that i joined upay on dec 2 2016 and cleos vip room had told me that i would have to wait 5 to 15 bussines days to receive anything so that what i did when i contacted them again they told me that my paper work wasnt complete and i had to send everything again so I did and when that was finalized they said again i would have to wait another 5 to 15 days so today Jan 07 I contacted them to get a update on my winnings they tell me that the check was cancelled and returned and I said how can that be when i never recieved it to begin with ... she tells me sorry for the inconveinace and that she couldnt give me a time or day when i would receive my winning and that she would report it to the area manager but not to worry that i would get my money this has been ongoing for 2 months now and I'm fed up this is todays convo back and forth
