According to this clients records we received their cancellation letter on 12/19/2005; it was post marked within our cancellation period and we sent out a product remittance letter requesting that they return their merchandise. On 2/09/2006 we received the clients product and approved their refund. Our refund policy on their contract clearly states that refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the product. On 03/13/2006 the client was mailed a check issuing a full refund inside their 30 business days. If the client has any additional questions or concerns we would be glad to resolve them.
