Clickincome Company is deceptive, unresponsive and a ripoff Sandy Utah
In December I attended a seminar of Clickincome in Bloomington, Indiana. I cancelled my membership in the 3 day time frame. Someone at clickincome signed the registered letters of cancellation (1) at Aria Financial on December 8 and (1) at Clickincome on December 9, 2005. I spoke to Frank Charles and told him I had cancelled and needed the labels to return the product for my refund. In my cancellation letter I requested a 3 day return on the labels.
It is January 20, 2006 and I still have not received the labels needed to return their product. Not received my money back and have also received to statements from them asking for another $3,995.00 I received one yesterday dated January 10, 2006 marked as Invoice 270602 -- BUT I have not received the labels needed to return their product and get my money back.
Beware of this company. Not acting in an honorable manner.

According to this clients records we received their cancellation letter on 12/19/2005; it was post marked within our cancellation period and we sent out a product remittance letter requesting that they return their merchandise. On 2/09/2006 we received the clients product and approved their refund. Our refund policy on their contract clearly states that refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the product. On 03/13/2006 the client was mailed a check issuing a full refund inside their 30 business days. If the client has any additional questions or concerns we would be glad to resolve them.
