As a person of integrity and after a year of waiting for this unexcusable report filed by someone who hides behind a computer because they obviously can't report correctly, nor have the integrity to back up their false, abusive remarks, I'm now going to see you in Arizona court soon! For the record whoever you are, please know that I was falsely accused and all charges were dropped. My record speaks for itself. But unfortunately, I'm sad that you have been a participant  of smearing a person who has dedicated his life to first the Lord, family, and to community. So, maybe it would be wise to just drop your false statements and realize that there are legal consequences for defaming someones character. Please note, I will use the full extent of the law to repair my name since YOU have deliberately sought out, preyed on, and willingly wanted to ruin my name. And to expedite this process, please also know that I have my legal team in Tampa along with the best and brightest private investigators in the country working on getting in contact with you. A little tip, you are not truly anomyous (just being honest). But please know that being patient and trusting in the Lord has always been my stance. So possibly, maybe you should just delete this post and move on. But if it still stays online, then we will see you in Arizona. This again has been an example of someone that obviously thrives on breaking people down (falsely), with no facts, but takes advantage of the damage it does to a person online. This horrible post has cost me a lot of $$$$$$$$ and not one bit is remotely true. This post is just sad. 

     It would seem that there are a multitude of charges against Rick Ruperto that have been dropped.  I personally see this as validation of my earlier comments of the baselessness of the charges.  I think that some of the commenters early on in this investigation jumped to judgement and may even be guilty of piling on due to a personal dislike or vandetta of some sort, but as this thing plays out I believe that some should be contemplating how to word their apologies as some of the comments may fall into the catigory of liable slander.  A man's reputation has been attacked and lifestyle altered because of an unfair prosecution, perhaps persecution.  This man has helped countless people through Christian counsel and has had his life and the lives of his family turned upside down.       My hope is that those exagerations and on some forums, the outright lies are retracted and apologized for by these individuals.  My hope is also that the community becomes aware of the details of this case and will rally behind Rick Ruperto as he tackles the task of rebuilding his life.  As an aside, those reading this that are guilty of the exagerations and lies to soil his reputation need to make it right and ask forgiveness from God almighty.  It is my prayer that you are unable to find peace within your souls until you make it right! 

     I am an individual from Port Saint Lucie that is getting involved with Coastal Mediation Group as a contractor upon the launch of CMG.  The truth of this matter is that the post to which I am submitting this rebuttal is nothing more than an attempt to smear the reputation of a man who loves the Lord and serves Him in truth with distinction.  In truth, Rick Ruperto has been accused of operating his Christian counseling ministry without a license.

     I am absolutely confident with what I know and have discussed with him that this legal issue will be resolved and the conscience of some may be found troubled by their rush to judgment of a man whose character has been brutally attacked and reputation irreparably soiled.  Speaking from the perspective of one whose practice falls in an area of relevance to this situation, I intend on advising Mr. Ruperto on such activities as record subpoena in an effort to clear his name and find those responsible for this ongoing smear campaign so that they may be held morally and financially accountable. 

     I felt moved to respond to this post as I know that though he knows the truth and stands by it, Mr. Ruperto would not publicly defend himself in such a venue; therefore I must.  In closing, I must declare that I whole heartedly believe in Mr. Ruperto and the mission of Coastal Mediation Group.  I am also confident in that some will find that words sometimes have a cost exacted to them.  The truth gives life to freedom, and freedom to success.  Mr. Ruperto and I both look forward to a successful 2015, making a difference in the lives of families as they navigate through what are at times raging waters.  Look for Coastal Mediation Group to launch this year!
