Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We held a birthday party for my eldest disabled daughter with a group of 3 disabled friends. Everything that could go wrong did. We were not seated. Not given menus. The purpose of our dining there was so the birthday girl could have steak & lobster. They had no baked potatoes. No blue cheese salad dressing. Two of us ordered tomatoes in place of mixed vegetables but got the mixed veg's instead. I got diet soda instead of regular. The lobsters were the size of our piece of cauliflower, not as pictured (false advertising.) My other daughter's entree (salad) was not served with everyone else's meal. The waiter dropped a fork in one man's crotch. We repeatedly had to signal the waiter to ask for napkins, refills of water/soda, & bread. I asked the waiter to surprise the birthday girl with a piece of cake & song, yet they brought a piece of cheesecake with no candle. The waiter never brought the bill, although I asked for it 6 times. I finally went to the cash register & told our waiter my (younger) daughter was late for an apptmt. so we'd be back in a few minutes. In the time (less than 1 hr) that we were gone, the restaurant manager, Mr. ATIQ-UR-REHMAN, ordered the remainer of our party, who were still eating & drinking, to pay the bill as the waiter had to "clock out." (It was only afternoon & the restaurant was NOT closing.) Yet, they obligingly paid their bills. Then he told them he needed the money from my (younger) daughter's & my bills, bills which were never given to them. When they said they didn't have the bills or the money to pay for OUR checks the mgr. said he was having them ARRESTED & proceeded to phone the police on his cell phone at the table in front of everyone in the restaurant! My daughter called me on my cell phone hysterical!

Coincidentally, I had just pulled up in front of the restaurant at that time. I was outraged! The mgr. then claimed he lied to them about calling the police. One of the males in our party called the mgr. an "idiot" & the mgr. came out from behind the register & got in our disabled friend's face like he was going to hit him & said "WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?" I hope that this mgr. is fired & sent back to the country he came from! I am going to sue Coco's restaurant, because just as I told this HORRIBLE manager, "YOU DON"T TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY!"

(ESPECIALLY a group of less fortunate disabled individuals!)
