TODD with code 3 transport screwed me out of my last paycheck, said that i had abandoned the load which i probably did but to save my own csa scores, due to mechanical errors that would not be fixed, told him the whole 3 months that i workedfor him that the ac was busted and needed fixed that and that i had several electrical and mechanical issues that needed to be resolved, and this was my very first company to work for which screwed me out of several good local jobs all because he said that i refused to take a drug test and the companies asked him several times for the refusal paper which he never sent to them, he constantly ran me ilegally and did not pay me like i should have been paid, he did not give me my final check so i did not give him my final logbooks. the way i look at it is its his butt for not paying me the way i wanted to be paid, so i have a dac report i must live with and he has a million dollar fine if he is ever audited and im sure there will be a fine in it for me, but since the company man never trained me to do a log book and he did it for me then i still blame him. and puts me on the road by myself after 1 week of driving because he had family issues to deal with, not a good company to work for and i hope to God they are out of business so they dont screw any other drivers over,

I apologize, I don't remember your name. He just needs to be stopped. You weren't the last that he did this. He's gotten worse in ripping off drivers and companies. However, nobody has held him accountable. I hope your family and you are doing well. So, sorry that you were mixed up in his sociopathic behaviors.

Everything you said was entirely under YOUR CONTROL but its all their fault, isn't it? If you don't know how to do a log book, then you learn. Its not that hard! If you are beyond the limit of driving hours, you don't drive! If there were VALID safety problems with the truck, then you don't drive it! Since its not the hot summer anymore, AC is not one of them. They didn't screw you out of any jobs because it was YOU who decided to work for them! You sound like a crying, whining truck driver who is not familiar with the difficultities of the job. Perhaps this may not be the line of work for you. If they failed to provide a required paycheck, then you contact your local/state wage and hour people. Good luck in your next career choice.
