Collect America fraud threats Denver Colorado
After discovering this web site i came to find that i had been missled as to who the lawyers were working for i never recieved anything from collect america just a lawfirm who was working to intimidate me by threatning lawsuits. If i did not pay by electronic draft by certian dates and times, 250.00 every payday and it was non-negotiable.
When i missed a payment because they drafted it late i was threatened with a lawsuit and was told i had to send a payment imediatly via western union quick collect payment.It was then that the lawyer then introdused collect america to me but, i was not told that this was the company they worked for but it was how they recieved their payments.
I have since filed with a debt consolidation company who has informed me that the payment for what little i owe them now is considerably lower and was negotiable.
I hope that this reaches out to those who have also been intimidated and hurrased by this company.
