I have read above and it seems to me that there has been quite a bit of complaints. The above statements are from un professional business owner/manager going back in forth it seems. I have even checked with the better business bureau and they were a D-. I really wish I would have checked into them before I dropped off my Lexus! They promised me that it would be done by a week for some side collision damage. I stopped in the day my car was supposed to be done. It never was touched!! I was out on rent car money from the ins. company!! Asked about the free loaner car after I exchanged some harsh words with the manager (squirelly looking fellow.) Anyways to make a long story short it took more than a month finally got my car back and was out an arm and a leg... Nothing I can do but report to BBB. Thanks Collision Masters for a waste of money, time and lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNREPUTABLE NO APOLOGY FROM OWNER!! JUST LAUGHED IN MY FACE!! NEVER HAVE BEEN SOO IRRITATED AND DISRESPECTED!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! SCAM ARTIST AND FINE REDNECK TRASH AT THAT!!! A friend of mine works for the Star Telegram can't wait until he writes his review!! :)

If I was a betting man and sometimes I am. I would say that both rebutals are from current or EX-EMPLOYEES. Since we have that cleared up, we know what Collision Masters does and what kind of business practices they employ. Its not a secret, their track record speaks for itself. Ask any former customer, vendor, current or ex-employee about the tactics used by this company. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS BUYER BEWARE AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I agree with the previous answer, you are probably an ex-employee. You know a lot about the internal issues of this company, things that the general public wouldn't know. However, let's suppose that you are an actual customer. If I were taking my car to a repair shop, I would not leave it somewhere that is, as you described, "the dirtiest filthiest business I have ever been in." If you have an issue with the appearance, you shouldn't have left your car. I am from south Ft. Worth and I know there are a lot of service places other than Collision Masters in Haltom City. They are a dime a dozen in that area. As far as "they advertise on their door that they accept credit cards. However, they charge you the 2 or 3 percent fee if you pay with a card", that is not a rip off unless they fail to disclose this to you before charging your card. If you are unhappy with the fee, go to the bank and get cash out.

After reading the above posting. I can only think that you are a disgruntled ex-employee of the listed company. I have used alot of bodyshops before in the past Collision Masters one of them and find them to be on par with others. Things in the above claim point to ex-employee for example you know all locations even possible new locations, you know the general manager, you know the immigration status of their workers, you claim to know how the company hires employees, you seem to know exactly how business is conducted there from credit card fees to phone matters to repair times to even how a loaner car is handled. You even go as far as claiming they violate IRS laws. Typical customers who have a problem with a business say how they were treated what kind of car they have, how long their car was there, what kind of repair work was done on their car, who their company contacts are, how many times they called. I dont see your complaint as a consumer at all. I am a business owner myself and have seen this more than my fair share. I used this shop to repair my Mustang with no issues to speak of everything was handled the was every other shop ive ever been to handles repairs. Just some thought for those considering using this persons compaint againt this business. MB Keller TX
