Colon Cleanse 3000 I went in this knowing full well that I would be charged one month's supply of supplements. But I did call to cancel, and the representative said she could not find my account. She asked for my address, my email address, first and last name and still she could not find the account to cancel. She then said she would give it to a supervisor and get back to me. I then, find my bank account has be Scottsdale, Arizona
I went into this knowing full well that I would be charged one month's supply of supplements. But after talking to my doctor, I called to cancel my subscription or account within the alloted number of days. The representative told me she could not find my account with them.
She tried my name, address, email address and several other information, but could not find my ACCOUNT, or so she said. Also, she said she would give it to a supervisor. Now I find a debit on my bank account.
I called the toll free number and guess what. They have no record of my phone conversation with a representative to cancel my account. They gave me a support email address that does not work.
WHAT A RIP-OFF.
