I recently purchased new service from Comcast. At first I only wanted cable and internet. I was offered by an agent the triple play package, which is cable tv, internet, and home phone service for 99.00 a month plus a 100.00 Visa Gift Card. My service was connected in October of 2012 it is now March of 2013 and still haven't received the gift card. I have tried to call the 1-800 number and was on hold for over an hour and decided to hang up. I tried leaving many emails but to no avail. Will probably end up switching to Direct TV seeing since this is the way Comcast treats their customers.
