Commonwealth Benefit Plan-Healthcare - HCPGOLD has found their way into our bank accounts nipping at it little by little. BEWARE of people calling you and thanking you for a membership you know nothing about and saying it came from a purchase you recent made. Please just HANG UP as if your life depended on it or your bank account! Virginia Beach Virginia
I purchased a Swifter Sweeper at my near by Family Dollar store, which I paid for with my debit/MC card. Little did I know that my information was being sold as I swiped my card. I get a call on my office phone, how they got that number I will never know.
The lady spoke of vouchers for free gas and some trial packs of other offers. I was told I was only been charged $2.99 for trying out their offers. I excepted, BIG MISTAKE on my part I should have just hung up.
I few days later I see the charges of $1.00 and $1.99 thus equaling $2.99. But today I look at my account and there is this charge of $9.95. NO name of the company just a web address HCPGOLD.com and a phone number.
I call it is a recording telling me to leave a message and someone will call me back. I tried to go to their web site and that's when I saw all the complaints about the same thing happening to other people. I'm filing this complaint, but first thing in the morning I am canceling my account and putting an alert on my new account so this will not happen again
