I requested a copy of America's Secret Cash Giveaways for $23.90 on Sept. 26, 2003 and after two more requests (after he already had my money) I finally received the report.
In January 2004, I mailed the book back and requested a refund. Since then I have mailed two more requests for refund with no response.
What a ripoff!!!This man has come up with a good but illegal way to make money. How long will he be able to get away with this? Forever, it seems.
