In a letter badly typed in French, COMPAGNIE DE SECURITE S.A. DE SANTALUCIA notifies me I am one of the 31 winners of an international programme by Spanish National Lottery (EL GORDO LA PRIMITIVA), and I am entitled to receive 615.810 Eur.
The COMPAGNIE DE SECURITE S.A. DE SANTALUCIA will receive the money on my behalf, keep a 10 % commission (for submitting my application to the Spanish Lottery) and transfert it to my banking account, for which I should provide all the relevant details. This should be done by July 14th 2006, last claiming date.
As a matter of fact, there is no lottery on the date mentionned (April 7th 2006), and the indicated winning numbers correspond to an outcome in 2002 on the same lottery.
